Alt-Drag is a free software that lets you easily drag and resize windows on your Netbook. Netbooks normally have small screen, and it can be a bit tricky to move or resize Windows. But, Alt-Drag makes it extremely easy.
When you install Alt-Drag on your Netbook, it keeps running in system tray. Then, just press Alt key and then click with your mouse anywhere in an open Window. Then, you will be easily able to drag that Window to anywhere you want.
Alt-Drag is very light on system resources. You can use Tiny Res Meter to track system resources used.
Alt-Drag also lets you snap windows to other open windows while moving them. Just press Shift key for that. Alt-Drag can also resize windows with the same ease.
All in all, Alt-Drag is a nice little utility to have on your netbook. Another good tool to manage your desktop is Dexpot.

Alt-Drag is great! However, it uses a bit more resources than Taekwindow (http://taekwindow.sourceforge.net/). Plus Taekwindow makes it easy to turn its functionalities on and off (just left-click on the taskbar icon :’)
But Alt-Drag is great when paired with another program named KatMouse (http://ehiti.de/katmouse/) I don’t use KatMouse with Taekwindow since there are redundant functionalities, and if I remember correctly, KatMouse uses more resources than Alt-Drag AND Taekwindow combined.
