PowerPoint Viewer is a free software from Microsoft that lets you view and print Powerpoint prsentation on your netbook without installing Microsoft Powerpoint. PowerPoint Viewer is a great option for those who do not want to install Microsoft Powerpoint on their netbook, but still want to be able to open Powerpoint presentations on netbook.
If you do not have Microsoft Powerpoint, you can also use OpenOffice to view and edit Powerpoint presentations. But if you don’t want to edit presentations, then PowerPoint Viewer would do the trick. PowerPoint Viewer lets you view presentations created in Microsoft Powerpoint 97 and later.
Apart from PowerPoint Viewer, you can also use Word Viewer, and Excel viewer for your netbook.
