Save Me 2: Easily Move Windows Special Folders

Save Me 2 is a free application for Windows users that helps in moving special folders (user folders) to a new location. Some of Windows special folders contain user’s data and it is important user to move them from the default system drive location. Save Me 2 lists, redirects, copies and restores folders that can be redirected. List of folders that can be moved includes folders like: My Documents, Desktop, Contacts, Downloads, Saved Games, My Pictures, Favorites, Links, etc.

The app can list all the folders which you want to move. When you click Move Special folders, it lists all the folders and you can select the ones to be redirected. One of the most notable feature of this app is that if you mess up with the redirection, you can easily restore back the folders to its default location. Always remember that there is a risk of problems if you mark folders for redirection, but do not mark them for copying. In case of a problem does occurs, do not panic, run Save Me 2 again and use the restore option to restore all folders. Changes that Save Me 2 makes will take effect after you re-login or reboot

The app is now in beta, but it supports 32 and 64 bit Windows Vista/2008/Windows 7. Windows XP users should use Save Me 1 instead of Save Me 2.
